Investment and Out-of-Network Benefits

Fees will be determined prior to beginning treatment. While I am not a member of any insurance panels, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan covers out-of-network mental health benefits, I am happy to provide you with superbills for reimbursement. I accept all major credit cards, as well as Venmo and Zelle.

Appointments

Our appointments will be 50 minutes in length, and ideally will occur weekly, though other frequency options are available to fit with your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If a session is missed or rescheduled within that 24-hour window, the full fee will be charged. While I maintain this policy to protect the stability of the practice, I do recognize that life happens and I exercise clinical discretion for emergencies or special circumstances.
